Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC is a full-service commercial brokerage, construction, property management and development company headquartered in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Chesapeake is involved in over 3.7 million square feet of industrial, office and retail development projects, planned or under construction.
Jim Lighthizer and Doug Schmidt established Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC in 2004. The two founding principals were both 16-year veterans of CB Richard Ellis in Baltimore.
