Some big names in Baltimore’s commercial real estate industry are moving around.

After 17 years with CB Richard Ellis Inc., Neil Tucker has joined Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC as a senior vice president. And after 13 years with CoStar Group, Gregory Horne has also landed at Chesapeake as a vice president, primarily focused on industrial transactions.

Started by James P. Lighthizer and Douglas Schmidt, both formerly of CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Baltimore, Chesapeake is a new full-service commercial real estate firm based in Glen Burnie, MD.
