BALTIMORE (December 13, 2005) – 1300 Mercedes, LLC, a partnership lead by Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC of Baltimore and Holland Properties of Hanover, PA purchased the former Mercedes Benz parts distribution building in Baltimore Commons Business Park in Hanover, MD. The park is situated on Mercedes Drive off Candlewood Road.

1300 Mercedes Drive is a 183,000 square feet office and warehouse building. Annapolis Millwork, LLC pre-leased the entire 154,000 square feet warehouse portion of the property. Annapolis Millwork is a subsidiary of the New Jersey-based Ruitenberg Displays, Inc. and will manufacture custom millwork for new construction and renovation of retail stores. The new location is a result of the company’s growing customer base in the Mid-Atlantic area and the proximity to Baltimore, Washington and the BWI Thurgood Marshall airport.

The existing 30,000 square feet office portion of the building is for lease. It features a two-story atrium, courtyard and abundant surface parking. An addition to the industrial building of 100,000 square feet is planned for construction in late, 2006.
