National Recovery, 1-800-Packrat Move to Landover

The Frank Parsons Building at 2270 Beaver Road has seen two leases signed totaling 67,000 square feet. Built in 1982, 2270 Beaver Road is a 153,000-square-foot industrial building located in the Cabin Branch Industrial Center in Landover, MD.

National Recovery, a pallet reclamation company, leased 27,000 square feet. 1-800-Packrat, a portable self-moving/storage company, took 40,000 square feet. They will share the property with building owner Frank Parsons Inc.
