Invesco Signs First Tenant at Recently Purchased MD Portfolio

Aireco Supply Inc. leased 40,560 square feet of warehouse space at 8700 Larkin Road in Savage, MD.

The 190,560-square-foot industrial building has 24-foot clear ceilings, 27 docks and two drive-in bays. Aireco Supply, a supplier of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment, will move this month.

Invesco Realty Advisors purchased the building last month along with 8263 and 8265 Patuxent Range Road in Jessup, MD for $28.5 million. This is the first lease signed under the new ownership.
