Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC has lined up nine additional retail tenants for Arundel Preserve, a 280-acre development near Arundel Mills mall and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Arundel Preserve will include two 11,000-square-foot retail buildings that are under construction and expected to open in July 2008, said Neil Tucker, a partner at Chesapeake Real Estate Group. The Glen Burnie based firm is handling a portion of the retail leasing for the project. The development will ultimately include more than 1,100 residences and 2 million square feet of office space.
